What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring JIRA hygiene is maintained, reports are delivered, and the team consistently hits its commitments.
- Lead and coach a team of 10–15 engineers, running regular 1:1s, setting clear goals, and building a strong culture of ownership and accountability.
- Own end-to-end delivery by partnering with Tech Leads, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to sequence work, manage dependencies, and actively remove blockers.

AWS DevOps Engineer
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployment cycles.
- Own the automation of deployment, monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (CloudWatch, New Relic).

What You’ll Do
